FairArtFair is a mobile platform connecting artists, art lovers, and curators. I collaborated directly with the founder and her technical lead to fully lead the app redesign, with the goal of bringing clarity, cohesion, and a stronger product vision to an experience that had evolved organically over time.

Rather than focusing on a single user type, we approached the product as an ecosystem, artists, art lovers, and curators. Mapping their journeys revealed not only friction, but opportunities to build trust, visibility, and meaningful connection.

The challenge was to bring structure without adding complexity. We clarified discovery, strengthened profiles, and smoothed key flows so the experience felt intuitive and contemporary, not transactional.

The redesigned app was launched on the stores and received strong qualitative feedback from the community we had involved early on. It marked a first clear step toward a more accessible and engaging art experience, supporting the vision of building excitement around art, both digitally and through real-world connections. The product continues to evolve, shaped by ongoing user feedback and iteration.
